All payments processed after 4:30 PM will be credited the next business day. Payments received after 4:30 PM on the due dates will be accessed penalties and default payment fees as stated.
Problems paying online: We've been made aware that some customers are not able to pay their utility bill online. In working with our website provider, credit card processor and utility software company it has been determined the issue stems from a Microsoft update in February. IF you have not been able to complete your payment online using your MOBILE device, please clear your browsing history which will clear your cache and cookies.
